It&#8217;s communicating respectfully\u00a0<em>with<\/em> people,\u00a0seeing them as worthy colleagues rather than objects and a means to an end.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>We may ultimately forget that effective communication isn&#8217;t just about talking; it&#8217;s\u00a0listening intuitively to the other person&#8217;s story, asking questions, and searching conversations for depth, meaning, and understanding.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_You_cant_call_yourself_a_leader_if_you_dont_operate_with_integrity\"><\/span>2.
